that is all we are doing right now.
But I know God's timing is perfect and we knew this would be a journey of a process. Funny part is that we officially haven't started anything. Right now we are making sure we hit certain goals before entering into this process so that we can get approved for the best loan.
Goal #1: 20% down-payment (check)
Goal #2: debt free (sooo stinkin' close!)
Goal #3: have an income of $***** (praying with great expectation*)
(*my husband is a full time worship pastor with a less than part time income that we know will work out soon)
So we are falling in love with houses and either watching the prices drop (woo hoo!) or watch them go off the market (boo!). Right now I'd say we have 3 lovely homes that are on our daily radar and prayer list. They all include numerous pros and maybe one or two 'workable' cons.
But this beautiful weather has me dreaming about these beauties and...landscaping
